Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    6 eggs beaten
    2 c. whole milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    6 slices bread cut into cubes (include crust)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage. Place bread and sausage in a 10x13 inch baking dish. Mix all other ingredients and spread over the top of the bread and sausage mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. May be prepared and refrigerated uncooked the night before.
