Old-Fashioned Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked chicken
your favorite French dressing
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
paprika
Preparation

Stew hen and cut up in large pieces with no skin, enough for 2 cups.
Marinate chicken lightly with French dressing at least 1 hour.
Drain off dressing.
When ready to serve, combine with celery and mayonnaise (enough to coat chicken).
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Place on platter.
Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with fresh parsley.
Also good served cold in fresh whole tomatoes.
