Holiday Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. black raspberry gelatin or black cherry or raspberry
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. cold water
2 c. fresh cranberries, ground up
2 oranges, unpeeled, seeded and ground
2 apples, unpeeled, seeded and ground
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and chill until consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Combine the cranberries, oranges, apples, pineapple, sugar and nuts and mix well.
Fold fruit mixture into gelatin mixture.
Pour into mold sprayed with vegetable spray.
Chill until set.
May be made day ahead.
