Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. soda
3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Combine sugar and oil.
Add eggs and pumpkin, mixing well. Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to sugar mixture alternately with water.
Stir until smooth.
Grease mini muffin pans and fill about 2/3 full with batter.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400\u00b0.
Freezes well.
