Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can fruit cocktail with juice
1 stick margarine
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup coconut, 1/2 cup chopped nuts and 1 teaspoon vanilla. When cake is done, immediately spread this mixture on top.
Let cool and cut into squares.
