Pork Chop - Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 soup can water
    6 medium-large pork chops
Preparation
    Slice potatoes in 1/2-inch slices.
    Place in a large buttered casserole.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and minced onion.
    Brown pork chops in skillet; place over potatoes.
    Spread soup over chops.
    Pour water over soup.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 2 hours.
    May substitute different cream soup, if desired.
    Serves 6.
