Apricot And Peach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. apricot flavored gelatin
1 small pkg. peach flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. milk
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1 (4 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

Dissolve gelatins in boiling water and set aside. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Stir in gelatin. Add pineapple and mix well. Chill. When mixture begins to thicken, fold in whipped topping. Pour into a 2 1/2-quart serving bowl. Chill at least 2 hours. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
