"Mock" Indian Pudding Toll House - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 shredded wheat biscuits
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. milk
    3/4 c. molasses
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Break up wheat biscuits in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Sprinkle over salt and cinnamon.
    In a separate bowl, beat the two eggs well with a fork.
    Add molasses and milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour over shredded wheat in baking dish.
    Mix gently.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Serve hot or cold with topping:
    ice cream, cream or commercial topping.
