Lady Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. sifted flour
    1/4 lb. confectioners sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a cup, beat egg whites until very stiff.
    In a bowl, combine sugar and egg yolks.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Slowly stir flour and salt.
    Add egg whites and vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Press through a pastry tube into individual fingers on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Remove sheets to rack.
    Sprinkle tops with confectioners sugar.
    Yields 3 to 4 dozen.
