No Sugar Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    1/2 Tbsp. butter
    20 packets artificial sweetener
    1 lb. plain flour
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 lb. chopped pecans
    1 lb. light raisins
    1 pt. can chunk pineapple, unsweetened
    1 tsp. lemon
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and chop the fruit and nuts with 1 cup or more of the flour.
    Mix other ingredients in mixer using the pineapple juice for liquid.
    Pour over the fruit and mix well.
    Cook in two loaf pans for 2 hours at 175\u00b0.
