George Rector Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    2 slices bread
    1 egg
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    flour
    sauce
    drippings from meat
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. ketchup
Preparation
    Soak bread in milk until saturated.
    Add egg and Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix into ground meat.
    Form into 4 patties. Dredge patties in flour.
    Fry in oil until well done.
    Make sauce of drippings, Worcestershire sauce and ketchup.
    Serve sauce over patties.
