Five Cup Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. coconut
1 c. tiny marshmallows
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
2 Tbsp. pecans
Preparation

Drain pineapple chunks (keep 1 tablespoon juice). In a medium bowl, mix pineapple juice, pineapple chunks, oranges, coconut, marshmallows and sour cream. Chill 2 to 24 hours. Sprinkle with pecans before serving.
