Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 eggs, well beaten
    8 oz. crushed pineapple
    2 bananas, chopped
    1 small pkg. pecans
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Do not use mixer.
    Combine flour, sugar, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Mix well.
    Add Wesson oil and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Add pineapple and juice from pineapple, bananas and pecans.
    Mix well and pour into 3 cake pans that are sprayed well with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Cool completely before icing.
