Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. (rounded) cornstarch
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
chopped salted peanuts
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch, eggs and milk in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add vanilla and peanut butter; mix well and pour into baked pie shell. Refrigerate.
