Garden Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large stalk chopped celery
    6 green peppers, chopped
    6 red sweet peppers
    3 lb. onions
    2 lb. carrots
    5 lb. cabbage
    1/2 c. salt
    4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Chop vegetables and combine.
    Add salt.
    Mix; drain and squeeze gently.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over drained vegetables.
    Bring ingredients to a boil and seal in hot Mason jars.
