Mrs. M. L. Mahone'S Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cooked, sliced eggplant
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, cooked in salt water
12 saltine crackers (can use croutons)
2 c. milk
enough flour to make a medium thick sauce
butter, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Pour sauce over eggplant; put into 350\u00b0 oven and cook until cheese melts well.
Cook in pan of water.
