Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (reserve juice)
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, sugar, cheese, flour and 3 tablespoons pineapple juice until well blended.
    Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole.
