Teri Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin sticks
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 tsp. ginger, minced
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Slice steaks diagonally into 2 x 1 x 1/4-inch strips.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Marinate meat slices for 30 minutes.
    Thread on skewers.
    Barbecue or broil until done.
    Makes 48.
