Stir-Fry Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh asparagus
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
1 small onion, sliced
1 small garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lite soy sauce
Preparation

Stir-fry asparagus, onion and garlic in butter until tender in large nonstick skillet about 5 to 7 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat.
Gives 4 to 5 servings.
