Spuds 'N Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium baking potatoes
    2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine, melted
    2 medium mild onions, sliced
    salt (onion or garlic flavored, if desired)
    pepper
    paprika (if desired)
Preparation
    Before grilling:
    Peel potatoes (if desired) and cut into 4 to 5 crosswise slices.
    Place 1 onion slice between each potato slice and reassemble potato.
    Secure slices with toothpick or skewer. Drizzle melted margarine and sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika over potatoes.
    Place each potato on large square of heavy-duty foil; seal securely.
