Italian Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. chuck, chopped
1 to 2 eggs
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1 medium onion, minced
1/2 c. fresh chopped parsley or dried parsley flakes
1/4 to 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3 to 4 drops Angostura Bitters
1 to 1 1/2 c. flavored bread crumbs
oil
Preparation

Mix all ingredients in large bowl or pot, adding only enough bread crumbs to hold mixture together.
(Don't want mix to be too dry.)
Shape into meatballs.
Brown in hot oil.
Drain on paper towels, then add to simmering Italian sauce (recipe in sauce section).
Skim off any fat that forms on sauce with spoon.
