Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 large egg, lightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. hot sauce
    1 lb. crabmeat
    1 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Mix together first 5 ingredients; fold in crabmeat and crumbs. Let stand for 3 minutes. Shape into patties and place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Cover and chill at least 1 hour. Saute crab cakes in olive oil in a large nonstick skillet, 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden. Place on paper towels to drain.
