Chocolate Log Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 banana
1 pkg. chocolate Alba 77
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 slices white bread
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in blender; pour in 9 x 13-inch jelly roll pan with waxed paper sprayed with Pam.
Bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0. Let cool.
