Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. milk
    8 oz. sour cream
    6 to 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine, melted
    8 oz. cheese crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except for butter and cheese crackers. Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix melted butter and crumbled crackers together.
    Add to top of other mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
