Ingredients

2 to 2 1/2 lb. top round or London broil roast, cut into 1/8-inch strips
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. soy sauce (I use Kikkoman)
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. lemon pepper
1 Tbsp. red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tsp. cracked black pepper
Preparation

Meat strips need to be cut the length of the roast while still frozen.
