Hearty Minestrone - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
    1 pkg. Birds Eye mixed vegetables
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 c. shredded cabbage
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Bring to a boil the broth, water and tomatoes.
    Add vegetables, beans, cabbage, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Return to boil and cover.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in rice; cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Serves 10.
