Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    1 large onion, chopped
    5 green onions and tops, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 large green bell pepper, chopped
    4 1/4 c. boiling water
    2 envelopes dry chicken noodle soup mix
    1 c. raw rice
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Brown sausage in skillet (crumbled like ground meat) and drain.
    Combine celery, onions, bell pepper, soup mixture and rice with boiling water.
    Do not drain.
    Add sausage.
