Gelatin Trifle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O brand strawberry sugar-free flavor gelatin
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. cold water
    ice cubes
    1 c. sliced strawberries
    1 c. sliced bananas
    2 c. 1/2 inch pound cake cubes or angel food cake
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 c. cold milk (skim)
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling, sugar-free
    1/2 c. thawed Cool Whip nondairy whipped topping
Preparation
    Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
    Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
    Remove any unmelted ice.
    Stir in strawberries and bananas.
    Place cake cubes in large serving bowl; sprinkle with orange juice.
    Spoon gelatin mixture over cake in bowl.
    Chill 10 to 15 minutes.
