Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) frozen mixed vegetable
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 small onion, grated
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. Blue Plate mayo
    1 tube crushed Ritz crackers
    1 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook vegetables according to package and mix with celery, onion, cheese and mayo.
    Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Top with 1 tube crushed Ritz crackers and 1 stick melted margarine or butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
