Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. uncooked rice (wild rice adds color)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. slivered almonds
12 chicken breasts
1 stick margarine, melted
1 can mushroom soup
Preparation

In buttered pan, place the
uncooked rice.
Empty soup in bowl and add 1/2 cup water for each can.
Mix soup, water and pour over rice.
Add almonds.
Salt and pepper chicken and dip pieces in melted margarine and place on top of rice mixture.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 hours or bake at 350\u00b0 for a shorter time or until chicken is golden on top.
