Rotterdam Liver Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. calves or veal liver
    1 lb. bacon
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. powdered cloves
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. thick cream sauce*
Preparation
    *Make with 3 tablespoons flour, 3 tablespoons butter and 1 cup of milk.
