Bechamel Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. cream
    1/2 c. white stock (chicken or veal)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan; stir in flour.
    Reduce heat; add seasoning and liquid, stirring until smooth.
