Cinnamon Pecans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg white
2 Tbsp. water
4 c. pecans
1 1/2 c. sugar (granulated)
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In one bowl, mix egg white and water. Beat slightly with fork to mix well. Pour 4 cups pecans into this mixture and mix until it is all soaked onto pecans.
