Sun-Maid Classic Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell (8-inches)
2 large eggs
1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. raisins

Preparation

Beat
eggs, sour cream, sugar, vanilla, salt and nutmeg together.
Blend
well.
Add
raisins.
Pour
into\tpie shell; bake
below
oven
center at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until done (just until set).
Cool and top with sour cream (spoonful to a serving), if desired.
