Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. scalded milk
    1 deep dish unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Heat milk
    almost
    to boiling.\tMix in the sugar, salt, vanilla and
    eggs.\tPour
    into
    pastry shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at
    475\u00b0 for 5 minutes, then 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done.
