Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 c. self-rising flour
1/4 c. sugar or to taste
1/4 c. liquid shortening
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients. Combine shortening, milk and eggs. Add to flour and cornmeal. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 450\u00b0.
