Pasta Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
    3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
    3/4 c. red marinara or spaghetti sauce
    3/4 c. brown gravy
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/4 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    1 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
    3/4 lb. small short pasta tubes
Preparation
    Cook pasta.
    Heat large frypan and add oil, beef or turkey and garlic.
    Saute until meat is tender; drain excess fat.
    Add all remaining ingredients, except cheese, for topping and the pasta. Simmer until pasta is cooked.
    Drain pasta and mix with sauce. Pour into 3-quart baking dish and bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until all is bubbly hot.
