Elbow Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. rotini noodles
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. mustard (prepared)
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 unpeeled cucumber
1 medium onion
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cook rotini according to package directions.
Mix all remaining ingredients in blender.
Pour over rotini and toss. Serve chilled.
