Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix (Lipton)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 chicken (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) or 4 chicken breasts
Preparation
    Prepare rice according to package directions.
    Place chicken in greased casserole pan.
    Salt and pepper.
    Cover with rice. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over rice.
    Cover with foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
