Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    onion
    bell pepper
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 container sour cream
    1/2 small pkg. wide egg noodles
    1/2 or more small pkg. Cheddar or Colby cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper.
    Add meat.
    Brown and drain.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Slice cheese into mixture and let melt.
    Add cooked noodles.
    Add sour cream, and, of course, use other seasoning to your liking.
    Simmer.
