Strawberry Sparkle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. angel food cake mix
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) strawberry flavored gelatin
    2 pkg. (1 lb.) frozen strawberries, sliced
    1/2 pt. (1 c.) whipped cream
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Bake cake as directed on back of package and cool.
    Dissolve jello in water and add frozen block of strawberries, stirring to break up.
    Cut 1 inch layer from top of cake.
    Cut a tunnel into cake.
    Gently remove sections of cake from the middle, tear into small pieces.
    Fold pieces into strawberry mixture and spoon into cake.
    Place cake layer on top.
    Spread whipped cream on cake. Refrigerate until serving time or at least 1 hour.
