Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
9 slices bacon, cooked, cooled and crumbled
1/2 c. mayo
4 medium tomatoes, peeled and diced
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. sweet pickles, diced
1/2 c. sweet pickle juice
Preparation

Mix Jiffy, egg and milk.
Bake, cool and crumble.
Mix in large bowl, tomatoes, onion, pepper, celery and sweet pickles. Add bacon.
