Fried Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small to medium onion, chopped
3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced thin
1/2 medium head cabbage
2 Tbsp. corn oil
3 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Warm corn oil and oleo in a heavy pan.
Add onion, saute until onion is golden.
Add sliced carrots, turn heat on low and let the carrots saute.
Then add the cabbage, chopped in small pieces. Use only enough water to let them steam good.
Cook on low until carrots and cabbage are tender.
Let cook down low until the cabbage is very tender and begins to fry, just slightly.
