Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c milk
1 c brown sugar
1 c pecan pieces
1/2 c granulated sugar
1/4 c margarine or butter, melted
1 1/2 t vanilla
1/3 c flour
1/3 c margarine or butter, melted

Preparation

Mix sweet potatoes, granulated sugar, beaten eggs, 1/4 c margarine, milk and vanilla together well and pour into a buttered shallow pan.
