Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

9-in. unbaked pie shell
2 eggs beaten
2 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Make fluted edge of pie shell (1/2-inch on rim of pie plate). Stir pumpkin into eggs.
Blend salt, spices and sugar, then milk until well mixed.
Pour into pastry shell.
