Pork Chops With Fennel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops
    salt and pepper to tate
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. fennel seeds
    1/2 c. plain flour
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
    Rub garlic into each chop, then press fennel seeds on the surface of each chop.
    Roll each chop lightly in flour.
    In a lightly oiled skillet, brown chops on each side over medium heat.
    Cover and cook until chops are tender.
    Serve with brown rice or vermicelli.
