Smoked Rolled Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lb. boneless rolled pork roast
    Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
    garlic powder
    medium grind black pepper
Preparation
    Prepare smoker per instructions.
    Score pork roast.
    Liberally moisten the entire roast with Worcestershire sauce.
    Generously rub garlic powder over the roast with your hand to form a paste. Sprinkle pepper over entire roast to form a crust.
    Smoke 4 hours. Serve immediately as main course or appetizer.
