Peanut Butter Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks melted margarine
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. smooth or chunky peanut butter
12 oz. chocolate bits or squares (sweetened, unsweetened or semi-sweet)
Preparation

Mix first four ingredients and press into 9 x 13-inch pan. Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Spread melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture.
Put into refrigerator.
Cut into squares before the chocolate hardens too much.
Return to the fridge. Very good; tastes like Reese's Cups.
