San Juan Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked tiny beets
    5 c. sliced cooked potatoes
    2 c. cooked cut green beans
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1 c. French dressing
    3 Tbsp. horseradish
Preparation
    Combine vegetables, salt and pepper in salad bowl.
    Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, French dressing and horseradish in bowl. Add to salad; toss lightly to mix.
    Chill until serving time. Yield:
    8 to 10 servings.
