Pie Crust Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. Crisco shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Cut in Crisco until crumbly. Mix water, vinegar and egg together.
    Add to flour mixture.
    Mix until it forms a ball.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill.
    Will keep for 5 days and makes 3 full pies or 6 shells.
    Flour hands when handling dough.
